I've been looking for a good Mahjong game, and Marine Mahjong mostly hits the spot. The core gameplay is solid – matching pairs is intuitive and satisfying. I love the aquatic theme; it really adds to the relaxing vibe. The 40-minute timer feels a bit generous on some levels, making it less of a rush and more of a chill experience, which is nice. However, a few layouts can be a bit tricky to spot matches, sometimes making me squint. Overall, a very enjoyable way to pass the time.

Okay, I wanted to love Marine Mahjong, but that 40-minute timer is a real buzzkill. For a game that's supposed to be relaxing, I often find myself stressed out trying to clear the board in time, especially on the later levels. Some of the tile placements are super challenging, and you waste precious minutes just searching for a visible pair. It feels like the timer contradicts the 'relaxing' description. If they made an untimed mode, I'd probably rate it higher, but as it stands, it's more frustrating than fun for me.
